Updates

Every dated change to the register, newest first: a new row, a re-read at a new version, a correction of our own error, or a dispute from a maker or a reader. Each entry names what was read or counted in plain words, dates its window at both ends (UTC), and says in one sentence how it compares with the reading before it. An entry that fixes our own error is headed "Correction", keeps the old wording visible, and says who pointed it out and with what receipt. Rows are checked against new releases weekly, re-read within 30 days when their code path changes, and re-read at least every 90 days whatever happens; the same entries appear on each product's own page under its history.
