The answer
We found no call out in DwarfStar's code at commit 0aaea5a2, read with its network clients enumerated: the engine and its server contact nothing on their own, the multi-machine modes and the agent's browser connect only when you turn them on, and its download script fetches model files from Hugging Face only when you run it; we did not run it.
